Items found in the service buildings of the IETT General Directorate, on buses, metrobuses, nostalgic trams, the Tünel, at stops and stations, and delivered to authorized personnel are registered and stored at the Karaköy Lost and Found Office.
If you submit a report by filling out the lost property form, a search will be carried out among the registered items in our system and feedback will be provided to you.
Your application will be kept in our system for 15 days. If your item is found during this period, you will be informed. If no lost property record matching the details you described is entered into our system within 15 days, you will be notified that your item has not been found.
